How forms on this website work and how to contact us about your data.

Email enquiries are handled by REVIVARE Foundation (EDRPOU 46275133). For questions about your data, email info.revivare@ukr.net.
How the forms work
When you press Send, your form details are transmitted over HTTPS to FormSubmit, which emails them to info.revivare@ukr.net. This website has no application database of its own. FormSubmit processes the message and technical request data and, according to its documentation, keeps submissions in its archive for 30 days.
Delivery is subject to the FormSubmit privacy terms. The organisation receives your enquiry in its mailbox. If direct submission fails, you may use the fallback option to send an email yourself through your mail app.
What information we ask for
Your name, email and, optionally, your phone number and a short message. House of Strength applications also ask for the applicant category, number of guests and preferred dates. Please do not include medical records, passport details, military unit information or other sensitive information.
Why contact details are needed
To respond to your enquiry and discuss project participation or a partnership. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information in your correspondence, contact the organisation by email.
Transfers and technical services
Payments are made through your bank using the published bank details. The website does not receive card details. No first-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies are used. The hosting and web font providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, under their own terms.
